I learned a lot – much of which I had never even considered, but when it was brought to mind, it rang true. We had a lunch-time experiment, and wow! I was amazed at who the waiter interacted with. Things that I hadn’t really noticed before really jumped out at me. This training is invaluable. Every salesperson should go. I loved it. I will never approach selling a car to a woman the same way again! Everyone should go through this training. The day flew by. There was a lot of information and a lot of takeaways that I plan on using in my department right away. I think her training should be mandatory.
